'Solid state' temperature sensor has an easy to use linear voltage output, unlike conventional resistive sensors.

Hi precision measurement of liquids or gases in a tiny package, originally developed for the harsh automotive environment. Can easily be adapted to your application, simply use 'as is' or bond (epoxy) into your own custom housing, you can even purchase with a mounting tab (6.5mm, 1/4" 'eyelet' terminal as shown in image below). 

TS01 delivers a precision output that increases 10mV per deg Celsius and can be fed directly into aftermarket ECU’s, panel meters, multimeters, data loggers and of course DTec's DYNertia dyno system.

Key Features

• Easy Installation - 3 wires, just provide power (5V to 18V) and the output wire is ready to read

• Linear output, 10mV/deg Celsius, starting at 0mV = -273ºC  (i.e. 2730mV = 0ºC)

• Range of -40ºC to 100ºC continuously, 125ºC intermittently (<5000 hrs), 200ºC max

• Very compact- 5.56mm diameter x 18mm long (7/32 x 0.71") case allows mounting even in difficult applications

• Fully encapsulated, suitable for measuring either liquid or gases

• Rugged for tough environments such as automotive

• Fast acting, time constant of 2 seconds in stirred oil

• Hi temperature, military spec lead wires

• Leads are not terminated, you can hardwire or fit any connector of your choice

Mounting ideas

• Bonded directly into a surface hole  for cylinder head/block temperature sensing

• Mounting tab version (TS02) can easily attach for surface or air temperature sensing 

• Simple clamp for air temperature sensing

• Bolt with thread machined down, hole drilled into rear and sensor bonded in for a miniature fluid sensor
